You have done your research, and now it is time to take the next step in pursuing your MBA. You are already off to a great start by choosing to apply to the world-renowned Illinois MBA.
In order for your application process to be as smooth as possible, the admissions team is here to guide you through each step. Simply follow the steps presented below, and you will be on your way to completing your application to become part of the Illinois MBA Class of 2010.
1. Ready to Apply

2. Application Complete
Congratulations on completing your Illinois MBA application. The admissions committee will begin making decisions following the first application deadline.
You can check the status of your application online here. Please be aware that it takes approximately ten business days from the time your completed application is received before your online status will be updated. You will be notified by email if your application is missing any required materials.
During the review process, you may be invited for an on-campus interview. Please note that interviews are by invitation only, and although they are not required, we highly encourage you to accept if you are invited.
3. Decision Received
The admissions committee has made a decision, and you have received a letter in the mail containing one of the following decisions: admit, waitlist, or deny.

The Preparatory English Program (PEP) will be held from July 13 to August 13, 2008. This introductory program will be required for many international students as a condition for admission into the program.
PreTerm is required for all incoming students of the Illinois MBA and will be held from August 18-24, 2008.

If you have been placed on the waitlist, visit our Waitlist Tips to find out ways to strengthen your application. Waitlisted applicants will continue to be evaluated until the class is full.
If you have been denied admission, we encourage you to take steps to strengthen your application and reapply next year.
