MBA Convocation Ceremony
 Saturday, May 16, 9:00 a.m.
 Great Hall, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts
 Tickets are required. Each graduate will be allocated eight tickets.

Post Convocation Brunch
 Immediately following the ceremony until 1 p.m.
 Atrium, Business Instructional Facility
 Tickets are required. Each graduate will be allocated three tickets.

Campuswide Commencement Ceremony
 Sunday, May 17, 2:00 pm
 Assembly Hall
 Tickets are required and may be obtained at the Assembly Hall Ticket Office or the Illini Union Event Services Desk. For more information regarding the campuswide commencement ceremony, please visit www.illinois.edu/commencement.

2009 Checklist
     Plan to have your portrait made in academic regalia at the MBA-only photo shoot on Monday, April 27, 3-6 p.m. in the MBA Student Lounge. Gather some friends and come to make memorable portraits. There is no sitting fee, but you will be responsible for any orders placed. Academic attire will be provided by the photographer.

     Order  your academic attire at www.herffjones.com/illinois. Online orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. on April 20. Please print off your receipt after ordering, and present it when you pick up your academic attire. Rental fees must be paid in full by cash or check made payable to Herff Jones when you pick up the apparel. Payment cannot be made in advance. The cost for renting the Master’s-level academic attire is $54.

     Update your Diploma Mailing Address in UI-Integrate Self Service. Your diploma will be mailed to this address from the Office of Admissions and Records in late June 2009.

     Complete the Illinois MBA Class of 2009 Exit Survey and Check-out Process by April 30. Information regarding this survey will be posted to Compass. Your Convocation and Brunch tickets will be distributed as the final step in the Check-out Process.

      Sign-up for College of Business Lifetime Email. Did you know that the College of Business provides a Lifetime Email service for graduates? You can view more information at https://www3.business.uiuc.edu/lifetime_email.  Accounts will have the email address <userID>@bus.illinois.edu and will have 5GB of space to store messages and files.

      Forward your Illinois email account to a permanent email account (like the Business Lifetime Email) as your illinois.edu account will only be active for 90 days after graduating. Forwarding service is only good for one year, so be sure to inform your contacts of your change of email address.

     Sign-up for “Always Illinois.” If you like social networking websites, Illinois has created their very own network, “Always Illinois.” Keep in touch with Illinois MBA alums and other Illinois graduates at www.alwaysillinois.org.

     Pick up your academic attire at the ARC, Mutlipurpose Room #6. Be sure to bring your receipt and cash or check for $54.

     Return your academic attire at the Illini Rooms in the Illini Union.
        • Saturday, May 16, 2–6 p.m.
        • Sunday, May 17, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
        • Monday, May 18, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Graduates who fail to return their rented attire by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 18, are responsible for returning the attire to the Illini Union Bookstore on May 19–22 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. All returns after May 12 will be assessed a late fee of $5 per day.
