- German and Austrian applicants with an arts or science degree must attain a degree level of "Diplom" or "Magister."
- Indian applicants with a three-year arts, science, or commerce degree must present both a bachelor's and a master's degree.
- French applicants must complete a four-year "Licence," or a "Diplome" program, or a professional title beyond the "baccalaureat."

- International applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit a TOEFL or an IELTS score, taken within two years from the proposed date of entry, unless within five years of the proposed term of enrollment the applicant has completed at least two years of full-time study or completed a graduate degree in a country where English is the primary language and in a school where English is the primary language of instruction. Military service may also be counted as work experience.
